Meet Perla, a young, friendly, and energetic dog full of life and love. She's the epitome of joy, always ready to play and cuddle. She weighs 45 pounds and likes running tugging, toys, and chase but not car rides. While she's still learning the ropes and can be a bit destructive when left alone not in a crate, her sweet nature shines through. Perla is needy and loves being a lap dog, making her the perfect companion for someone who has the time and patience to train her. She's not a leash walking pro and needs more help with her house training. She loves everyone she meets, be it dogs, cats, or children, making her an ideal addition to any family - the more, the merrier since she thrives on companionship and does not like to be alone. She has also lived successfully with many animals and teenagers. Her nervousness and timidity around younger children are leading us to require that kids in the home be at least nine years old.
