Rainy, affectionately nicknamed Loretta by volunteers, is a gentle soul who's still learning to trust. She's a little shy at first, but snacks are the way to her heart. Her coat is rough and she's very thin, suggesting she may have spent some time fending for herself. Despite that, she takes treats nicely and shows curiosity in her surroundings. Rainy didn't seem to know "sit" yet, but with patience and love, she's sure to blossom. She needs a calm, compassionate home where she can learn that people are kind and that couches were made for dogs like her.
