Whoa! What is this place?! It seems to be filled to the gills with cats and kittens! I'm Phil, a black and white adult male who was found with four black kittens in SW Rochester. Yep, I guess I'm probably the daddy of these youngsters. My kittens and I are named for characters in the Nickelodeon series, Hey Arnold! Although I can be hissy at times, I'm mostly a friendly fella who likes to be petted. I'm still learning the ropes here, so I haven't gotten into playing much. It's good to be out of the rain and have people looking after me and the kiddos. We don't have to scrounge for food anymore either!
