They call me Trudy, a name that comes from a German word that means, "beloved warrior." I have battled to adapt to the shelter since I came here. Change is difficult and scary. I am a white and black female, estimated to be 3 ½ years old. I'm one of 18 "T Cats" who were found in carriers in a parking lot on December 3 and were brought to Paws and Claws after we were rescued. Some of my friends have been adopted, but many of us are still hoping to find our forever homes. I'm no longer frightened. I am friendly, and I like being petted. I'm a playful girl too. Like all my "T" friends, I love our time chasing each other, and I like toys, especially wand toys. I even like the laser, which can be frustrating sometimes. I like to eat, especially treats. My very most favorite treat is Churu or any other squeeze up treat. When anyone brings it into our room, all the cats gather around for a taste! We have dry food available all day, and in the afternoon, we get another favorite - canned food - usually Fancy Feast or Friskies! When I'm not eating, playing, being petted, or sleeping, I like lounging in the window where I can watch the birds. Can life get any better? I was told that it can! I can have less worry, more attention, more love and give more, too, when I go home to be your adorable Trudy.
