There's a common saying about cats having 9 lives. But what about reincarnation? Was I a circus purr-former in another life? I'm Teagan, a 2-year-old black and white female who, much like a tightrope walker, likes to walk around the edges of the colony room litter boxes while someone is cleaning them! Granted, it's a solid surface, not a slack wire, but still, it is narrow. I like being near the person doing the scooping, but I will run away if someone reaches out toward me. It's progress though! I am one of the 18 "T Cats" who were rescued from a parking lot in early December. A few of our friends have been adopted, but many of us are still here. I have lots of fun with my other "T" buddies. We chase each other, and we play with toy mice. We try very, very hard to catch the red laser dot. One of the best things EVER is Churu! When someone comes into the room with a squeeze up treat, they are surrounded! We get dry food all the time, and when the canned food comes, it's Friskies or Fancy Feast; that is exciting too. Soon, when I'm ready to be your Teagan -I hope you'll be there as my safety net.
