I'm elegant and shoeless like the Barefoot Contessa! (My name is usually a nickname for Teresa.) I'm Tessa, a 1-year-old white and black female cat, one of the 18 "T Cats" who came to the shelter in early December. You may remember that we were found in a parking lot! Brr! A few of our friends have been adopted, but many of us are still here. I have made good progress. I like being petted, and I am quite friendly. I love playing, and I'll try like crazy to catch the laser light, chase and wrestle with the other cats, and leap at wand toys. Whenever someone comes into our room with Churu or any squeeze up treat, I join the group in gathering around for my share. De-lish! We have access to kibble all day long, and when people bring in the canned food - Fancy Feast or Friskies, that is a great treat too! I'm not all about play and food. I also love to relax by sitting in the big window watching the birds. Do you have a window seat especially for me? I'd love to be your darling Tessa.
