Ponyo was surrendered to us because of 'aggression' issues in the home with the other cat. Upon his arrival to us and per his vet visit, we do believe he is blind. He will not follow items you place in front of him and will run into walls. We do think his aggression in his previous home stemmed from him not being able to see. He's a sweet boy who needs an owner who understands his specific needs.
