- Once shy and afraid, but now quite affectionate, Arthur is a sweet boy who is learning to love again.
- He is quite the amateur sleuth, and loves to investigate his environment-just call him Fur-lock Holmes!
- Arthur loves attention and will gently reach out when he wants more affection.
- He enjoys cheek pets and will ask for them with paw-pats and head-butts!
- Keen and observant, Arthur sniffs everything, particularly his brush (though he'd rather sniff it than be brushed).
- Arthur is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.
ARTHUR'S IDEAL HOME
- Arthur can become reactive when startled. He would do best in a calm, quiet home where he can feel safe.
- This detective prefers to work without a sidekick, and is best-suited to a home without young children or any other animals.
- A patient, experienced adopter would be ideal to help Arthur build his confidence and feel safe.
- Arthur is available on a foster-to-adopt basis. Potential adopters should be prepared to commit the time, effort, and patience required to help him settle into his new environment. EHS will provide post-adoption support to assist Arthur with a successful transition to his forever home.
