Meet Seraphina! This sweet small mixed-breed girl has been through more than any dog should. She came to us from a heartbreaking hoarding situation alongside many other dogs, and now she's finally getting the chance at the life she's always deserved. She can be a little shy when you first meet her, but with a bit of patience and kindness, she truly blossoms. Once she trusts you, she'll love you deeply!
