Meet Kasem! This gorgeous six-year-old Siamese and Domestic Shorthair mix is looking for a fresh start. Kasem and her sister Mali were first adopted from Chicago Pet Rescue in 2018, but they recently returned to us because their owner was moving and, unfortunately, couldn't take them along. Be sure to check out Mali's profile too!
Kasem is a shy, sensitive girl who had a stressful experience in her previous home. She developed a fear of a feral cat outside, which led her to act out toward her sister, even after the feral cat was no longer around. Because of this, we think Kasem will do best as the only cat in her new home.
Once she feels comfortable, Kasem enjoys gentle petting and being held. She's hoping to find a quiet, stable home where she can relax and rediscover her sweet, loving personality. Could you be the one to give Kasem the calm forever home she deserves?
Kasem is fixed, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, FIV/FELV negative, and microchipped. She is currently being cared for by our rescue, but would like you to make her a part of your family today! The adoption fee of $100.00 will also benefit other CPR rescue animals.
