Howard is a 13 year old handsome fellow who was rescued from an overcrowded living situation. He's not sure what to make of things and spends his days curled up on his blanket. We talk to him softly and do our best to reassure him everything's going to be okay. He'll need a patient owner in a quieter kid-free home, and he'll need time to settle into his new surroundings. We feel that once he is out of the shelter and into a loving home, he'll be able to decompress and be the pet he was meant to be.
