Hi! My name is Cinder and I am a 10 month old mixed breed. I'm one of 11 lucky dogs who were rescued by some amazing humans on a mission to save us. I was living in a shelter in Los Angeles, where things got really scary due to the wildfires. Luckily, a group of people from MaxFund drove to Los Angeles and then transported us all the way to Denver, where we're now safe and ready for a fresh start. It was a fun road trip!
My friends at MaxFund say I am timid but a very sweet boy. I'm still very young, and the world is a bit overwhelming, but I've been working with the staff to see the world isn't super scary! My history says I was in a dog fight with another dog I was sharing a kennel with at the last shelter, however we don't know if I was the aggressor. Any dogs in the home will need to be very slowly introduced to me.
