Hello friends! My name is Jackson, I am a 14 year old, neutered male, medium-haired cat. I was relinquished to MaxFund October 2023 by no fault of my own, and now I am looking for my fur-ever home!
I'm a beautiful orange and white short-haired guy with adorably long hears and mesmerizing green eyes. One of the staff members says I have eyes like beautiful sea glass. Don't you think I kind of look like an orange Creamsicle??
I am a sugary sweet, easy-going boy who loves to be brushed and picked up. Also, I like tummy rubs .I'm a purring machine - I purr like a motorboat. I lived very successfully with an energetic, talkative small dog. At the shelter, I have spent time around my cat buddies, Otter and Basil, and we all get along just fine!

One important thing about me is that I am diabetic. I require twice daily insulin injections and must eat special food. Sadly for me, I cannot have any table food but that's ok, just give me extra snuggles and we'll call it even.

The shelter hours are Sunday - Monday, & Wednesday - Saturday (Closed Tuesday) 9:30 - 4:30, Closed 12:00 - 1:00 for lunch.
