Hello! I'm Maxine, a 2-year-old pretty pittie..or maybe a fruit bat! Just look at my ears! I came to MaxFund as an owner surrender in late July of 2023.
The staff and volunteers have come to know me as a playful toy and water lover. I enjoy chasing balls and playing in the sprinklers. I am still working to build up my confidence, especially when meeting new people. I do have a heart condition that is inoperable, but I am taking medication to help me live a long and full life!
I am not a fan of other dogs or cats, I would be best in a home where I am the only fur-baby! I am not sure how I do with kids yet, If you come meet me please bring any other members of the family to make sure we all get along! I hope to see the whole family very soon!
