Hello wonderful people, my name is Pica, but my friends call me "Pica Boo"! I'm an 11-year-old petite girl with the most beautiful golden eyes, like intricate mosaics of gold, green, and brown. I may be a little shy at first, but once I trust you, I'll show you just how loving I can be!
I adore my human friends, and when I see a familiar face, I can't help but leave my cozy bed to say hello. I chirp with joy, and once you sit down, it's my favorite time of day-lap-time! There's nothing more calming for me than sitting on your lap while you pet me, my purring slowly filling the air as I relax into your touch. Sometimes, my friends brush my elegant black coat, or we play with a wand toy. I might need a couple visits to warm up, but I promise, my sweetness will win you over.
While I'm happy and comfortable in my Meow Manor room, I dream of finding a calm, quiet home where I can truly shine. I would love a place without other pets, where I can enjoy all the attention for myself. I am on a special diet.

The shelter hours are Sunday - Monday, & Wednesday - Saturday (Closed Tuesday) 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Closed 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for lunch.
