Weighing 42 pounds, Shaggy is slowly regrowing his soft, wavy gray coat after spending time braving the outdoors. Despite his tough past, he's remained incredibly sweet and resilient-a true survivor with a tender spirit. Shaggy moves through the world with quiet curiosity, taking slow, thoughtful steps as he discovers the beauty of life outside.
