Hello! My name is Lobo. I'm available for adoption, and my adoption fee is sponsored!
We're excited to share what we've learned about this handsome, goofy boy. Lobo has a huge heart and absolutely loves his people. Once he bonds with you, he'll happily become your shadow, soaking up snuggles, playing tug with his favorite rope toy, chasing stuffed animals, and splashing in the water whenever he gets the chance.
Lobo is an intelligent, active dog looking for an adopter who enjoys training and understands working breeds. He's already making great progress with his leash skills and loves long sniff walks where he can explore the world one scent at a time.
?? Lobo's ideal home:
A confident female dog companion
No cats
Teens and adults
An experienced family that can provide continued training, structure, and consistency
Like many young, energetic dogs, Lobo is still learning appropriate play manners and working through leash reactivity. With patience, positive reinforcement, and a family committed to helping him succeed, he has all the potential to become an incredible lifelong companion.
Lobo has already come so far. We're hoping his next stop will be his forever home. Could that be with you?
If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving adventure partner and are ready to help a deserving dog continue to grow, we'd love to introduce you to Lobo!
Stop by AVHS to meet him! We're open Monday through Saturday from 11 am-6 pm and closed Sundays. Adoptions wrap up at 5:30 pm each day.
