River may need a little time to decide that you're her kind of person, but once she does, get ready for a whole lot of love! This sweet girl has some stranger danger, so she'll need people who are willing to approach her slowly, patiently, and on her terms. Give her the time and space to feel comfortable, and you'll discover the biggest love bug underneath that cautious first impression.
Once River gets to know you, her sweet and affectionate personality truly shines. She loves being around her people and has a wonderfully puppy-like spirit that makes her so much fun to be around. She's playful, silly, and full of adorable puppy energy.
River also enjoys the company of other dogs, making her a great candidate for a canine companion who can help her feel confident and show her the ropes.
River is looking for someone who understands that trust is earned-not rushed. If you're willing to be patient while she finds her confidence, she'll reward you with loyalty, affection, and a heart full of love.
Could River be the sweet girl you've been waiting for?
