Tony has very strong opinions on everything he does!
Food? Love! Toys? Love! Handling? Dislike.
He's made huge improvements in his time with us, but Tony will need someone who is willing to let petting and affection be on his terms, and who is willing to build trust with him over time before trying to take his collar on and off, or do nail trims, or anything like that.
He also is quite anxious and barky in his kennel, so he doesn't show well at the shelter, but if you give him a chance and take him to the yard, he's a totally different dog!
Tony knows how to sit, shake a paw, and lie down. He is dog social. There's lots about him to love, he just needs a bit of patience and work... but don't we all?
