Phoebe came into the shelter after being tied up outside with her litter of puppies. She was a great mom, but now that her puppies are weaned and off to homes of their own, she's ready to find a home where she gets all the love and attention she deserves! Phoebe is a favourite around the shelter. She has a loving and calm demeanor, and is great out on her walks.
