Hi, I'm Mash. I'm a young black-and-white girl, and just like my brother, Mish, I spent my first year of life just trying to survive on the streets.
Because the world out there was so tough, my default setting is to stay in the background. I'm still pretty afraid to let my guard down and just be myself. Mish did a wonderful job protecting me out there, but now that we're safe, I need a gentle, patient guide to show me the ropes.
I really need to learn how to "cat"-to discover what toys are for, how good a sunny window feels, and most importantly, that humans can actually be a really great thing. If you have a quiet home and a lot of understanding to share, I'd love to learn what love feels like right beside you.
