I have a whole system here - find the softest spot, get comfortable, stay comfortable - and it works very well for me. I am not what you would call a showoff. I am not going to perform for you. But here is the thing nobody has told me yet - the right person is going to walk in and something is going to click and I am going to realize I have wanted to be noticed this whole time.
