Cane was a lucky guy and got a weekend pass out of the shelter. This is what his foster had to say:
· Genuinely interested in people, loves observing everything they do.
· Great leash skills (except if squirrels are within 10')
· Was ok with crate, no problem going in but doesn't love it, cries for a bit and then quiets down
· Plays toys sometimes for short spurts. He's very gentle with his toys. Watch his little puppy paws pounce one if it gets away!
· LOVES ice cubes!
· Likes to sit in your lap!
· Likes to snuggle under a blanket
· Content to sit on the couch and watch TV, go for a walk, go out to a restaurant- whatever you want to do he's ready!
· So sweet to give (sloppy) kisses, but needs some help to learn not to kiss with his teeth too.
· Very good house manners- no counter surfing, accidents, trash digging, begging or tearing up anything
· Was great at an outdoor patio bar, happy to greet people. Would bark if another dog was in view.
· Overall such a good boy!
