June came to the SPCA when her family lost their home. She has quickly become a volunteer favorite here at the shelter because of her sweet and cuddly nature. She loves to sit and put her head in your lap. She enjoys scritches and hugs and is strong for her small size but still a good walker. June is also reported to be very smart and will show off her tricks for treats! One of her volunteer fans says "I just wanted to share how smart June is! She gets excited by other dogs and someone was up ahead so I had her in a sit to wait, which she did wonderfully. Then the next time we were in a similar situation she sat down and looked at me- she's definitely a smarty pants!"
