Meet Otis! We just can't get enough of that boop-able polka dot snoot, radar ears, and handsome cow pattern. We don't know much about Otis' background but his future sure looks bright! Otis has been friendly and social with other dogs and all the humans he's met here so far and we feel he would make a fun family dog. He's spent a little time in a foster home and this is what we've learned: "Otis is fully housebroken and incredibly sweet! He loves walks and would make a great running partner. I work from home and he settles down nicely. Otis is simply a wonderful little pittie who would be a fabulous addition to any home!"
