Jasper is a 4 year old neutered male bichon who weighs 12.5 pounds. He was rescued in rough shape and needed to be immediately shaved, but he has never looked back. Jasper is a little hand shy, but he has come so far and cannot wait to meet his new family. He now enjoys being pet, has been wonderful for grooming and he is waiting for a family to spoil him rotten. Jasper has tested well with other dogs and enjoys their company.
