Jasper is a 4 year old neutered male bichon who weighs 12.5 pounds. He was rescued in rough shape and needed to be immediately shaved, but he has never looked back. Jasper is a little hand shy, but has never shown any aggression. He needs an understanding family to spoil him rotten and we know that he will thrive with some TLC.
