Omar is a 2 year old neutered male poodle who weighs 12 pounds. He was rescued from a bad situation by a good Samaritan who got him to safety, but could not hold onto him. Omar needed to be fully shaved on intake and it is clear that he is under socialized. He would do best in a home with a fenced in yard, another dog and someone who is understanding and can show him love. He has never been aggressive, but will retreat when scared.
