Meet Archie! This handsome 1.5-year-old Lab/Bulldog mix is searching for a loving forever home. Archie was originally adopted as "Jethro" just over a year ago, but was recently returned to us after some challenges getting along with the other dog in the home. He can be a bit possessive of high-value items-like special toys or treats-around other dogs, so we're looking for a home where he can be the only pet. He's still adjusting to life back at the shelter, and we're giving him the time and space he needs to come out of his shell and let his true personality shine. In his previous home, Archie lived with children ages 8 and up and did well with them. He's also had obedience training and knows his basic commands-sit, stay, down, and more! He's said to be fully house-trained and crate-trained, and he's generally manageable on a leash, making walks a pleasant experience.
