Meet Phil!
Phil was picked up as a stray way back in January by Gulfport Animal Control but, sadly, no one came to claim him.
He's one of the good ones - he's the friendliest guy that has never met a stranger - all wrapped up in a petite little package!
This pup is always ready to chat when he gets excited, making sure everyone knows when he's in a good mood. Not only is Phil a vocal guy, but he's also incredibly photogenic-get ready for some perfect pup pics every time! Phil loves fetching the ball for you over and over! It's always playtime when he's around. While he's always down for a cozy cuddle session, If you want a fun-loving, talkative, and photogenic companion, Phil is the perfect guy to welcome into your home!
Phil is loved by everyone here and he's staying "pawsitive" but the shelter is not the same as a cozy home and he has waited long enough for his!
Phil has tested positive for heartworms, but thanks to his friends at Inside Outside Kitchen and Bath Design, his treatment has been FULLY SPONSORED for his new family!
