Two Peas in a Pod
Shinju truly is a sweet pea and is the second pea in her "pod". She comes as a bundled package with her sister, Kitomi, and you couldn't find a sweeter pair! Shinju is the meeker of the two, but an absolute angel! While her counterpart is outgoing and friendly, Shinju is a bit shy. However, she is the calm, collected cat of the duo. She warms up to you, as well as other cats and even dogs, as she adjusts. Shinju can be a little skittish at times, especially to sudden movements, but nothing her sister cannot fix!
As soon as Shinju feels at home, she becomes a true snuggle bug, whether with you or her "pod-mate", Kitomi. Her favorite hobby is getting face scratches and she won't say no to a nice afternoon nap in your bed. Her quiet demeanor does not dim the fierceness of her loyalty and love. Shinju has a huge heart for family; thus, she comes as a packaged deal with her sister. However, this means she also has plenty of room in her heart for her future adopted family. All she needs is to find the perfect match for this dynamic duo! Shinju admits that while the saying goes "two peas in a pod", there is always room for more! Adopt Shinju and Kitomi if you would like to add them to your "pod" today!
If you'd like to take this kitty home, please fill out an adoption application at this link - https://animalalliesrescue.org/cat-application. The adoption fee is $250 (for the pair) and covers all expenses needed to prepare kitties like this one for their forever homes. By the time you meet them, they've already been spayed/neutered (if age-appropriate) and microchipped. They've been checked by a veterinarian and are up to date on age-appropriate immunizations against rabies and FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus & panleukopenia). Some of our cats have even undergone extensive medical care to ensure they're ready for a happy, healthy life with you!
