.. and The Best Mom of the Year Award goes to .. Suzy Q!

Suzy was a wee teenager when she had a litter of seven kittens to take care of. She may have sat on the occasional kitten by mistake, but she took excellent care of them all. She is in fact such a good mom that she can't live without her wobbliest baby girl, Snoball, so they are looking for a home together.

Mind you, Suzy is not all about the serious stuff. She loves to hang out with humans and playing with feather wand toys is high on her list too. She does make sure to include Snoball in her playtime. After all, isn't that what besties do?

Snoball has wobbly cat syndrome, which means that a part of her brain did not develop correctly. She is in no pain, the condition is not contagious and does not affect her life expectancy. All it does is make her move a bit different and sometimes lose her balance. Fortunately for Snoball, her mom is often there to give her some encouraging licks when she falls.

Just like any other kitten, Snoball is happy and playful. She loves her mom and can often be found sleeping next to Suzy in their shared cat bed.

Because Snoball's balance is a bit off, this mother/daughter duo needs a home without stairs. But that is not much to ask for the cutest pair of kitties you're ever going to meet.

Our adoption fee is $250.00 and AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare kitties like us for our forever homes. By the time you meet us, we've already been spayed/neutered (if age appropriate) and microchipped. We've been checked by a veterinarian, and we're up to date on age appropriate immunizations against rabies and FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and panleukopenia). Some of us have had extensive surgeries, dental work, or other necessary procedures. AARF is committed to getting all of us entirely ready for a happy, healthy, love-filled life!
