*Mixed Breed
*2.5 yrs old; 33lbs
*Very sweet, polite, chill lady. A real curiosity with her long body and stubby legs. Open to meeting other dogs.
*Foster update: Good in the home. Housebroken. Tolerant of crate. Good in car. Great with resident cat.
*Tractor Supply visit Oct 15: Lovely in the car. Little quiet/reserved meeting folks in the store. Fine being pet and loved on but did not seek out folks for attention. Tended to lean close to her volunteer friend. Very good walking up and down the aisles- confident, curious and ready to explore.
So adorable! Our pocket sized friend ROXANNE is cute and oh, so precious!! Tipping the scales at just 33lbs, she has a plott hound head and the markings associated with the breed but a long body and stubby legs. The combo is head turning and irresistible. Found as a stray, she's more meek and quiet and slowly and calmly going about her business. Our pretty little lady has had her fair share of litters (she's now done with that part of her life!!) and her doting, sweet personality no doubt was to the great benefit of wee ones she birthed. Take a seat in our play yard area and while Roxanne might explore around a bit, ultimately she'll come back to you to share her gentle, loving nature with you.
Facebook Udpate Aug 29: Spotlight on ROXANNE!!
Our petite lady has been busy!! It's a good busy though! She was in foster care last week and was a very good girl. Her family said that she was tolerant of her crate, housetrained and excellent with their cat!! Great in the car!! Yesterday she was selected for a 1/2 daycation and she rocked it out. Now back on site, do yourself a huge favor and meet our low riding, sweet, chill girl!! Note: 2.5 yrs old; 35lbs; Corgi Mix
Daycation Update: We fostered Roxy and she was great! We went to the lake and hung out for a bit, she seemed to just want to relax. Then we went to starbucks and got pup cups and Tractor Supply to get a bone She was super calm and sweet! Thanks for letting us take her for a little.
