*Friendly, sweet natured fella. Very handsome with his orange speckled coat. Has done well in doggy play groups + has a roommate.
*Very, very smart. Nailed our modest obstacle course in no time- Knows sit, down and stay. Very much a "working" dog!
Our handsome boy arrived dressed for success. All decked out in his orange paw themed Clemson bandana, surely his human would come for him. Alas, he's still here but hoping you are into the "orange" look and might find him perfect as your new and most perfect sidekick! A modest 40lbs of cattle dog goodness, SAM is friendly and curious and we're all reaching for him. Very easy to manage/handle and graced with a welcoming, upbeat attitude, we can see him in a variety of home settings. True to his lineage and also his young age of 1 yr, he'll need a more active family to keep him at his best- think multiple walks a day, some hikes, loading him up to go and do! Take a seat in our play yard area and you can count on Sam to scoot and explore around but then he's gonna check in with you- perhaps paws in your lap- a fast kiss on your cheek and/or a fast hop up straight into you lap! Do come and check out our orange friend and you too will find a good companion pet in our Heeler boy.
