Chill, cuddly, chunky girl ISO of YOU!! If you think THEADORA looks concerned in her photos, it's because she overheard her beloved foster mom say she could not keep her long term. How devastating for her! Nonetheless, when she was found as a stray last winter, while her finder could not care for her, her foster opened her doors for her and showered her with plenty of love and affection. Fast forward several months and the fruits of her labor on Theadora are now ready for you to take advantage of!
Theadora is the sweetest, most dear lady with a hint of shyness. She might be the first to admit that she's a bit chunky at 75lbs, but hey she loves her treats and snacks and will "work" for them...think "sit" and "stay." She's very treat motivated. Theadora is the perfect mix of a super chill gal who loves her couch time but also really enjoys her twice daily walks. She can have stronger moments on the leash but generally, it's pretty limp. She's frightened of other dogs while out walking and will try to avoid them. While Theadora is terrific on the leash and enjoys going and doing, she especially loves car rides. Open that door and she's in!
House and crate trained, Theadora is fine being left alone in the home and loves a good game of tug of war with a rope toy, enjoys de-stuffing her Lamb Chop plush toy and then snuggling into the soft stuffing! She loves having an audience for when it's toy time, so be forewarned.
Theadora has been an easy foster for this family and it's clear they adore her. If you are looking for an easy, move in quality, fuller figure love bug, Theadora might be the one for you!
More about me July 20: She's doing really well! We've discovered she really enjoya watching tv, loves her playtime. She prefers playing inside at the moment due to the heat! And also her bed is close by so she can lay down as soon as she's done! Haha. She doesn't sleep on the bed with me, but is waiting for me there whenever i come back from work late. Keeps it nice and warm for whenever I get back
