What's not to love about our recent momma dog FERN?? Does she do it all? Well, read on and we'll let you decide. Spoiler alert: We kind of think that yes, she does it all!! Our pretty lady is dressed for success with a sleek, cream colored coat (loaded with tons of subtle black polka dots!), reddish ears and my oh my, that eyeliner is so dramatically wonderful! Fern has never met a stranger and when you meet, she's ready to be your best friend. Very social, outgoing, kissy and affectionate, Fern has a big, bold, happy feel and outlook on life. First date and she's kissing on you and her paws are in your lap so be prepared! Arriving as a stray with a litter of pups, she's shed her momma apron strings and is ready for full time pet employment. With a book wide open, plenty of smiles and tail wags to go around and a bit of pep in her step, we can't wait to meet the family that gets to call Fern their new 24/7 companion pet.
Facebook Update Aug 2: Our pretty red and white lovebug FERN is doing terrific in foster care. This recently retired momma dog has been terrific in play groups on site, has never met a stranger and is loaded with plenty of kisses, good times and would add so much to her new family! Foster Update: Fern's doing great. She's got being housebroken down now. Had one accident on Tuesday and Wednesday, but that's just because we had to get her routine established. Fern is getting better each day walking on leash. She's very treat motivated. I love her calm and friendly demeanor. Getting along great with Blade, Lora, and Tyrion. Has not had to be in the crate/kennel much, but when she has been she does bark until she settles in.

?? She has not been tested with cats to my knowledge and foster home does not have cats.

?? Fern does bark a lot when crated (which is not often) but we are working with her one day at a time to teach her that it is a safe space for her to relax and decompress.
