Who's that pretty lady all dressed for success with the red bonnet and sleek cream coat??  It's our sunny faced pointer friend PAMELA!  Pamela is a delight.  Arriving as a stray,  from day one she's been so friendly, upbeat and ready to give back!   A more compact style pointer (shorter legs and shorter body length),  like any self respecting houndy she loves a good whiff and enjoys hunting for them.  She's not just about a great sniff and whiff though as she's loaded with personality.   Our perky girl is happy, kissy, comfortable draping her paws in your lap and then off to inspect, discover and sate her curiosity drive.   Ready to be your friend and also open to meeting other dogs,  our red and white beauty is your new 24/7 personal cheerleader.  Please come and experience Pamela today!!

Facebook Update April 8: Sweet PAMELA needs to find her fur-ever home before she and her foster parents get too attached to each other. Can you help???? Pamela is a cutie-pie for sure with beautiful markings and a sleek body. She is definitely a hunting type dog as she happily snuffles on walks with the cutest piggy sound ever!!

Some amazing detail from her foster:
*Housetrained; Self crates; OK left alone
*Very quiet spirit- loves everyone she meets. No jumping!
*Great recall; Responds to correction noises. Looks to her human for guidance.
*Perfect car manners!
*Good with other dogs.
*Went on a 4 hr road trip and was lovely in a hotel overnight!!

Pamela is a really quiet dog who happily accepts the vibe of those around her, so she'd be great in an apartment or someone who wants a quiet, well-mannered adult doggo that is ready to go! She is going to be somebody's dream come true as she has so many phenomenal ready to go qualities about her!

Facebook Update April 26: Our sweet, kind hearted Pointer Mix PAMELA is waiting for YOU to please notice her!

Does she do it all??
Uh, we're pretty sure she does.

In foster care for several weeks now, Pamela is housebroken, good in her crate, lovely with other dogs, quiet and considerate, superb in the car and already she's been on not 1 but 2 road trips. She traveled to NC for a long weekend and more recently, to the beach. This girl is super in hotel rooms, she may not be the best co-pilot in the car (see the pic where she is napping) but otherwise she's so ideal for most families. Just this past weekend, Pamela went hiking and met lots of hikers (men, women & kids) and found a friend in all. A modest size at 40lbs, Pamela is gentle, friendly and easy!!!! Did you know, she's also been featured on 2 tv shows???

Pamela's new family is out there. Please let us know if it's you!! Note: 6 yrs old.

Facebook Update May 19: When we last checked in with pretty red and white beauty PAMELA the mini Pointer, she was being recognized on Mother's Day. Our super friendly, never-met-a-stranger gal has had many litters, but we were celebrating the fact that she was now done wearing her Mother Apron Strings and ready for YOU as a full time pet!

Just the other day, Pamela earned her First Mate Certification! We could not be more proud of her. A few notes from her foster mom: She isn't just a perfect house dog, a perfect car companion, a perfect pet, this weekend, in hopes of catching her new family's eye, Pamela attained her First Mate certification! She loved riding in the boat. Is there anything this girl can't do?? Her foster thinks not! So, set up your meet n greet for this "All Around Champion" of a Pet!! Note: 6 yrs old; 35lbs
