She coexists peacefully with the resident cats, loves calm car rides, and learns new cues quickly thanks to her Shepherd smarts and eager-to-please nature. Because the Oconee Humane Society has waived her adoption fee, all that stands between Lucy and the loving forever family she deserves is a simple "yes."
