You'll not find a more sweet, precious and kind hearted doggy than our good friend RITA! Found as a stray, Rita has NOT had an easy go of it but has persevered and her upbeat, sunny personality remains intact just waiting for YOU to discover. Somewhere along the way, Rita suffered a dislocated hip. Her bones have started to fuse to deal as best she can with her current situation. She is gimpy on one of her rear legs as that side of her hip is still very much in upheaval. She more slowly pokes along and is leash trained. We are still looking at options for her next medical step so she can move forward and lead a pain free life. Despite the pain she has been in (we have her on pain meds now), still she's everyone's new best friend and has also been very generous and lovely in meeting other dogs. We adore Rita and know she has so much to offer her new family. Might that be you?
