Don't be fooled by that more serious expression on Whitley's face as she's silly, goofy, playful and wanting to climb into your lap and kiss you on your first date. This girl, while still a teen at 11mos and 36lbs, will likely be a smaller framed doggy who is perfect for laps and pretty easy to manage. Front and center in her kennel, Whitley has a more sporty frame and a fun, carefree feel about her. Found as a stray with some nasty wounds on her body (not sure what happened), she did a great job recovering while in foster care and was close to acing her housebreaking skills before returning to the shelter. She was lovely in the home setting, understood inside living and was patient as her foster mom tended to her fresh wounds.
