I'm ready to get the party started." Some of you may be familiar with the book "A Fish out of Water." It tells the story of a small fish that grows and grows and grows and with each growth spurt needs a new "home." Well, with our good friend Toby, he too kept growing and the apartment he called home, he quickly outgrew.
At 70lbs, Toby is a bigger guy who is loaded with get and go, plenty of personality and love and energy to spare. Have a larger back yard? Go on longer hikes? Are you a more active person? If so, Toby needs YOU!! As part of his introduction to shelter life, Toby was invited to join in a doggy play group and he did great. Toby is very playful and goofy and he loves a good, solid play date. I also loved, loved, loved playing in the kiddie pool during the play date session!! Perhaps this is the extra carrot of info you need to seal Toby's adoption deal? Toby is not for the faint of heart and he can be strong at times. An experienced person/family who can handle Toby and help best channel his umph will find an amazing, loyal and most loving dog. Facebook Update May 12: At 70lbs and young on paper and young at heart (1 yr old), I have a big personality, plenty of get up and go and I am the doggy who gets the party started! I'm here because honestly, I needed more space than my smaller apt could afford me. With my long legs and buoyant outlook on life, running and playing and being in a more active home will perfectly tap into my best pet self. I've done a great job in group play dates, I love my toys, I'm super curious and smile a lot! Sound like your type?? I sure hope so. Do ask for TOBY today!!
