Cheers to Porter! Porter is obviously a stunner - his gorgeous coloring catches your eye right away. But just spend a couple minutes with Porter and you'll see he has an equally lovely personality - engaging, endearingly goofy, derpy yet attentive. He's a bright, social young dog ready to shine as your sidekick!
Porter certainly has a high entertainment value - he's a hoot! He is a total delight when he gets going with a favorite toy, prancing and darting and tossing it around for himself. Sometimes he likes to carry a favorite toy with him on a walk. He also likes stretching his legs on walks or going for a jog with our run group!
Porter is a ready to be a pal to humans and dogs alike. With people, he is affectionate and personable, ready to make friends with a big wagging tail. With dogs he has been playful, with dogs his size as well as smaller ones. He offers big goofy play bows to show he's game for some fun.
At around 2 years old, Porter is a lot like a smart teenager. He still has some youthful exuberance but he balances it with brains and an eagerness to please. In a home of his own, we think he'll grow into an awesome dog. He weighs 59 lbs.
