Time spent with Phoebe is like receiving a dose of joy. Her tail wags nonstop, she loves to give hugs and kisses, and she bursts into zoomies galore. She loves people and is charmingly attentive and engaging with her earnest youthful charms.
At just around a year old, Phoebe is a lot like a big puppy with plenty of fun, silly energy. She loves to run and play and would likely enjoy an active, fun-loving household where she can grow and learn. She was found with two other dogs (possibly her sisters) and has been gently sociable in play groups, and she may enjoy having a doggy playmate of her own in her future home.
