Our sweet girl Miss Red has made her way back to us. While it didn't work out with her previous home, it was through no fault of her own or her owners. We've now learned that she truly needs to be the only pet in the household, and that's okay - she deserves to be someone's one and only. Miss Red is a 7 year old Redbone coonhound mix who is incredibly smart, playful, and athletic. She is patient during grooming, including baths and nail trims and is a sunbathing queen who loves to stretch out in the grass. She is fantastic on a leash and loves a good walk, but she is also a total snuggle bug on the couch. She's a classic hound, so we're ideally looking for someone with hound experience. She's got a few habits we're working on - like counter surfing and garbage picking - but she's super responsive to training.
