Bio:
- 2 years old
- Great Dane/Mix (perhaps mixed with some type of hunting breed) weighs 72 lbs
- Neutered male
- Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Basic Info:
- Originally was a stray who came to our rescue from a shelter in IL, much of his background is unknown
- Very sweet personality
- Good with kids
- Tremendous amount of energy, would love an active adopter and might possibly enjoy agility work.
- High prey drive, no cats or other small animals, please...has played well with small dogs
Likes:
- Loves to run and play with other dogs!
- Enjoys watching TV with people
- Snacks, especially bully sticks
Dislikes:
- Not a dislike, but due to his prey drive he should not be in a home with small animals
Medical Notes:
- NA, healthy!
Hard Requirements For Forever Home:
- Adoptive home must have a fenced yard. This will not only allow him safe opportunities for unrestrained outdoor play, but also keep any small creatures outside safe as well.
- He would do best with an active family ready to spend quality play time with him, another active dog for companionship and play would definitely be a bonus!
