Don't let the small size fool you, Quatro struts through life like he owns the block... and possibly the entire planet! With his little-dog ‘tude and a sparkle in his eye, this guy is equal parts hilarious, spicy, and oh-so-lovable. He's the friend who growls while wagging his tail and circling you like a furry little shark - confusing? Yes. Adorable? Absolutely.
Touch him? Totally fine. Share snacks? Also fine - unless you're another dog, in which case: beef will be talked, but he's too much of a push over to do anything about it. Rascal doesn't mind other pups, but he's got some "roommate preferences" and may need a little help being polite at the dinner table. With the right home (and maybe a patient dog sibling who knows how to ignore dramatic monologues), he'll do great.
