Name: Tig
Age: 2 Years
Gender: Neutered Male
Breed: Mastiff Mix
Weight: 73Ibs
Tig is, in his mind, a 12-pound lap dog trapped in a much larger, more majestic body. He will absolutely try to sit on you while making intense eye contact, like this is totally normal and you're the one being weird. He's a certified treat snob-he'll sniff it, consider his options, and maybe take it if it meets his mysterious criteria. You could hand him a filet mignon and he'd still be like, "Do you... have anything else?"
Toys? Unclear. He's heard of them. Might chew one for five seconds just to keep up appearances, but really, he's more into whatever's happening around him. Got groceries? Fixing something? Talking on the phone? Tig is there, fully invested, like he's about to write a report on it later.
He's a little shy when you first meet him-kind of like that friend who hangs out by the snack table at a party until they've scoped out the vibe. But once you're in his circle, you're in. No fake friendships, no drama. That said, Tig is not looking to expand his canine social network. No kiki friends, no group texts, just you and maybe a chill dog or two he can tolerate in playgroup.
He doesn't know "sit" yet, but he does know how to expertly flop on a couch and make you cancel your plans just to stay home with him. If you're into long stares, soft snoots, and a buddy who's 50% mystery and 50% cuddle, Tig's your guy.
