Breed: Terrier Mix
Weight: 59Ibs
This food-loving goofball is always down for a snack and takes his treats like a true gentleman. He already knows "sit" (especially when there's a reward involved) and is more than happy to learn new things if it means more snacks.
Once he decides you're cool (which doesn't take long), he's all about the love. He'll bring you his favorite stuffed toy like a proud little gift-giver and will even let you take it-no take-backs necessary. He's met another dog here at the shelter and did great, and will be going into playgroup in the near future so we can see his true potential with other dog friends in the home. Colonel has decided he doesn't like kitties, and must be in a cat free home.
Oh, and if you leave the room? Get ready for his signature pittie "rooster screech," because this guy has a lot to say when he's missing his people or spotting a potential new best friend from afar. It's funny. It's adorable. It's pure Colonel.
