Amber is one of those dogs who makes her foster family wonder how she hasn't been scooped up yet! This sweet 4-year-old lady weighs just 28 lbs and is absolutely thriving in foster care.

Her foster has nothing but wonderful things to say about her-and it's easy to see why! Amber is house trained with zero accidents, crate trained, leash trained, and rides beautifully in the car.

She can be a little timid at first with both people and other dogs, but give her a little time and she warms up beautifully. With dogs, she may initially choose to run away rather than interact, but she isn't aggressive. With a gentle introduction, she has done well with dogs her size. She could also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only.

Once Amber feels comfortable, she loves attention and will seek you out for some affection. She's simply a sweet, gentle, easygoing girl who is doing wonderfully in her foster home.

Her foster summed her up perfectly: "She is just a nice lady."

Amber has been lucky enough to have a wonderful foster home. Now she's hoping her luck continues and she finds the family she deserves. Could that be you?
