Meet Norman!
Norman may be a little shy when meeting someone new, but underneath that initial hesitation is a very sweet boy who is hoping to find someone he can trust. He has shown so many signs that he wants affection and connection; he just needs a little time to feel comfortable enough to let those special interactions happen.
Once Norman begins to trust you, you can see just how sweet he truly is. He is the kind of dog who reminds you that sometimes the most meaningful relationships are built slowly, one little moment of trust at a time.
And we can't forget to mention his absolutely adorable, biggest-ever ears! Norman may take a little time to warm up, but for the person willing to be patient and let him set the pace, he has so much sweetness to offer.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals at any time during open hours.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
We always welcome your dogs to come and meet our dogs, too! We'll see you soon at either location!
