Meatball enjoys nice, leisurely walks-no need to rush when you're taking in all the good smells! She is carrying a few extra pounds and would benefit from losing about 20 lbs, so a loving family who can help her stay active with gentle walks would be perfect.
And when Meatball is stretched out and comfy, it may take her a little extra time to get back up. But honestly... haven't we all been there?

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
